Flow & Glow Yoga is a wellness space that harmonizes strength, flexibility, and balance — both on and off the mat.

Founded by Sandrine, a certified 650-hour YTT yoga teacher based in St Legier, Flow & Glow Yoga offers mindful yoga classes that inspire you to evolve at your own rhythm, listen to your body, and reconnect with your inner flow.

Each session is designed to cultivate awareness, release tension, and nurture both body and mind. Whether in-person or online, Flow & Glow Yoga invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover your natural energy — your inner glow.
